After twenty years leading human resources for houses such as Lacoste, Longchamp and L'Oréal, Tristan could have settled for the summits of the industry. Marked by humanitarian missions in Mali and by long journeys, he chose instead to put people back at the centre of creation.

For Tristan, the value of a piece of furniture does not lie in its wood alone: it also lies in the alchemy between those who conceive it and those who make it. In founding B.fabers, he is building a community of talents where every encounter gives depth to the final object.

Founder of the project, he makes sure the B.fabers adventure remains, above all, an adventure of sharing and mutual respect.
